B.A.R.D. is a non-profit foundation designed exclusively to help people who have been falsely accused or imprisoned.  B.A.R.D. was established to make sure that justice prevails, and that miscarriages of justice are righted.  B.A.R.D. is also involved in work placement and employment programs to help released convicts successfully merge back into society.

Projects under consideration include: clothing for released prisoners, summer camp for handicapped children of inmates, newsletter on prisoner issues, establishing a criminal justice research library, cyber-crime alert newsletter, immigration issues, researching and pursuing cold-case crimes.
